Black and white photographs by Olive R Odewahn
Olive Rose Odewahn (1914–2006) was a keen amateur photographer. From her teenage years Olive always carried a camera and with it she carefully photographed life around her, from the farm she grew up on, to her home on a property in Walla Walla (near Albury) after she married in 1938. For over sixty years, Olive photographed (first in black and white and later in colour) landscapes, scenes and portraits; she pictured her family and friends, the farm and its work, and special events and places.
